What are the benefits of adding anti-blocking blocks to the wave guardrail and post?

       1. The anti-blocking block itself is an energy-absorbing mechanism, so the guardrail can be gradually deformed after a collision, which is conducive to energy absorption and reduces occupant casualties;

  2. The anti-blocking block is fixed between the upright column and the wave beam, so that the wave beam can be suspended from the upright column. Once an out-of-control vehicle collides with the guardrail, the front wheel will not trip and block the pillar because the wave beam is close to the pillar;

       3. After the anti-blocking block participates in the overall function of the guardrail, the collision force can be distributed to more span structures, so that the guardrail force is more uniform, and the collision track of the guardrail is relatively smooth, which is beneficial to the guidance of the vehicle and increases the overall strength of the guardrail .

  4. When an anti-block guardrail is installed on a curbstone section, the distance between the wave beam and the curbstone surface can be reduced, reducing or even eliminating the adverse impact on the guardrail caused by the out-of-control vehicle jumping up after hitting the curbstone.

  The anti-blocking block can be made of various shapes of steel. It is recommended to use A type and B type in the specification. Type A is suitable for circular columns and is a hexagonal structure. Type B is designed with reference to French standards and is suitable for trough columns or other steel columns.
